We give your team10+ hours backevery week

We automate enquiries, replies, reports and the rest of the repetitive work, with AI doing the reading and the routing. No rebuilding your business, and no extra system for your team to fill in by hand.

Where the week goes

Each one is trivial on its own. Together they eat tens of hours across the team every week.

A working week — 40 hours

10+ hours come back to you

the rest stays on work that makes money

  • Routine instead of work

Copy the data from an email into a spreadsheet, from the spreadsheet into the CRM, from the CRM into a report. Answer the same question for the tenth time. That is not work — it is a tax on time.

  • Enquiries that gave up waiting

Someone messaged on Instagram at 11:40 pm. The reply went out at 9:15 am. In that time they had already agreed terms with whoever answered first.

  • The customer is waiting

By the time a manager finds the email, checks stock, works out a price and writes the quote, half a day is gone. The customer waits through all of it — and may go to a competitor.

  • Human error

At the end of a long day a manager mistypes a number. It surfaces a week later, on a customer invoice. Then comes a conversation that never needed to happen.

What we do

We find the manual work and take it out. Most projects start with one process and grow into the rest — in whatever order pays for itself fastest.

Business process automation

We connect the tools you already use — email, CRM, spreadsheets, messengers, accounting — so data moves between them without a person in the middle. AI reads the messages, pulls out the data that matters, classifies the enquiry, drafts the reply and triggers the next step — with no copying between systems.

Example resultProcessing an enquiry: 12 minutes of manual work → 40 seconds and a confirmation

AI assistants and chatbots

Bots on Telegram, WhatsApp and your website. They answer common questions in your company’s own words, take enquiries, book appointments and check order status. Anything unusual goes to a human, along with the conversation so far.

Example resultUp to 70% of common enquiries resolved without a manager, answers around the clock

Consulting and process audit

For when it is not clear where to start. We go through your processes, count the hours, and say plainly: automate this, leave that alone, and this one is cheaper to fix by hand. No strings attached to hiring us for the build.

Websites and web development

Usually when the site is part of an automated process: it takes the enquiry, passes it on, and needs nobody to retype anything. Landing pages, company sites and catalogues built on static technology — they load instantly, index well, and do not break when a plugin updates.

How we work

We count first, then automate. You see how much time and money is recoverable before any build starts.

  1. Audit

A conversation about how the work runs today: who does what by hand, where things get stuck, how long each step takes. It ends with a number — how many hours a week are recoverable.

    30–60 minutes, free

  2. Automation plan

A document: what gets automated, in what order, what it will do for you, what it costs and when it pays back. The scope is agreed before we start and the price is fixed — it does not get "clarified" mid-project.

    2–3 days after the audit

  3. Build

We build it, connect it to your systems, test it on real data and show your team how to use it. You see results weekly, not after a month of silence followed by an invoice.

    from 1 week

  4. Support

We keep an eye on it and adjust as the process changes. The first month of support is included in the price.

    monthly or on request

Case studies

We publish only what we can back with numbers.

The first case studies go live once clients sign off. Until then we walk through them on a call — which process was automated, and how long it took before and after.

The questions people ask first

If yours is not here, message me on Telegram — you will get an answer the same day.

What does it cost?

Automating a single process starts at $300. A chatbot starts at $500. A website starts at $800. The exact figure comes after the audit. The price is fixed: scope is agreed before we start, and it does not quietly get "clarified" mid-project.

How long does it take?

One process or a simple bot: 1–2 weeks. Several processes wired together: 3–6 weeks. A website: 2–4 weeks. If a deadline is tight, say so at the audit — often we can start with the piece that does the most and have it live in a week.

What do you need from us?

An hour of your time to explain how the work runs, and access to the systems being connected. After that we work on our own and show you results weekly. You do not need a technical person on your side.

We have no CRM — everything is in spreadsheets and chats. Is that a problem?

No, that is a normal starting point. Spreadsheets automate just as well as a CRM. We only recommend adding a CRM when you genuinely cannot work without one; otherwise it is one more system to fill in by hand.

What happens if you disappear?

Everything built is yours: accounts, code and access are registered to your company, and every solution comes with short written documentation. You can hand support to anyone else without starting over.

Do you work with clients outside Ukraine?

Yes. Working languages are English and Ukrainian, communication happens on Telegram or by email, and invoices are in USD or EUR. A time difference of up to six hours has never been an issue.

Let’s find out how many hours your business can get back

30–60 minutes of conversation. You walk away with a list of processes worth automating, costed in hours and money. Even if we never work together, that plan is yours to keep.
